The preparation of the initial documents, task (order) order and calculation of the cost of the work performed for the customer is carried out by the service manager, who, with his practical and accurate work, provides the service consultant with the additional time needed to communicate with the customer.
During the order fulfillment process, the service consultant contacts the customer and, if necessary, agrees with him on the additional work discovered during the repair process and which needs to be performed. Accordingly, the new terms and cost of order fulfillment are agreed and determined.
After all the repair work on the car is completed, the receiving master prepares recommendations for the customer about the technical condition of the car, if necessary) and this is reflected in writing in the assignment (naryad) order, which the customer confirms with his signature that he is familiar with it.
